TENDER NOTICE 2021 – County Government of Marsabit

The County Government of Marsabit hereby invites sealed bids from the interested bidders for the following works, services and goods for the year 2020 – 2021.

Bid security in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank, equivalent to the amount indicated in the tender document. No Bid security is required for AGPO category.

For road and buildings construction, each interested bidders should contact the respective department as indicated in the tender number for site visit. Site visit certificate will be a mandatory requirement for those tenders.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Tender Documents and the Specifications at County Government of Marsabit Headquarters at the Department of Supply and Procurement Office, Marsabit Town and during normal working hours. They may also download the same from the county web-portal www.marsabit.go.ke and the national government tenders web-portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge;

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the name of the firm tendering with the tender number and name clearly marked on top should be deposited in the Tender Box located next to the office of the Director of Supply and Procurement, Governor’s Office building and addressed to: –

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 19^th January, 2021 at 10.00am. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the boardroom in the presence of Tenderers/Representatives who wish to attend.
