The County Government of Marsabit has received a Grant from the European Union through the Ministry of Devolution and ASAL, under the EU-IDEAS Programme for procurement of the following underlisted equipment for the project “Commercialization of Fishing in Marsabit County”. The County Government of Marsabit invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for
the below listed tenders; both local and international firms.
The supplies must adhere to the Rules of Origin as laid down in Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement as revised by DECISION No/2014 of the ACP-EU COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF 20th June, 2014 (2014/428/EU). Interested firms may download the bid document and the Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement
from County Government of Marsabit website HERE and may inspect the tender
documents from the Procurement Office, Department of Finance during normal working hours from 8am to 5pm- Monday to Friday from Thursday 1st August, 2019. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name, reference number and deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Office or
